[2021] Loki Red Star Offer Issue

There is an issue you may see regarding the Loki Red Star Calendar Offer where if you receive an upgrade to your Red Stars on Loki, you will not receive the expected popup message showing that you have received it. But if you go into the character roster you will be able to see which Red Star you have received. If you receive a duplicate you will still get the popup messaging showing the proper credits.
