Yesterday, after unlocking Spider-Slayer, I made the decision to purchase Lizard in the offer store for €29.99 to complete my Superior Six line-up. My excitement was short-lived, as I realised I didn't have enough training modules to get them to lvl 13 or 15 for the 2 events. So, I went back to the store and paid €34.99 for the offer of 2000 orange training modules. It took a while for the transaction to go through, maybe they were having server issues, but after a minute or so it completed and took me back to the store.

Then, to my surprise, my inbox showed 500 orange training modules, and 30k training orb shards. Ok, a bit odd, so I opened the orbs thinking that maybe that would get me the missing 1500. No, I got 485 out of them.

So in short, I paid €34.99 for 2000 orange training modules, and in return I got 985 training modules.

I have screenshots of everything, so I raised it with support, hoping they would do the right thing.

Their response: 'Sorry, you consumed the orbs, nothing we can do, case closed.'

I spend hundreds every month with Scopely. I am exactly the type of player they want, one who regularly spends big with them. But they don't give a damn, and they won't do the right thing.

This is the last straw for me. Either they do the right thing and give me what I paid for (not asking for anything extra) or I'm out.
