[2022] Is Scopely "support" not aware, or do they just not care?

So I bought an offer for 6000 snowflake ticket currency for $19.99, thinking it was a pretty good deal. The graphic was incorrect, showing 1800. As it's scopely, and that crap happens all the time, I generally go by the description. The response I got from "support" was (after days) basically "You got 1000 compensation, deal with it". I'll try to post pics, figured I'd see if anyone could help/forward it higher.
