[2022] Soft Locks in War Attacks

Why does this game constantly glitch out, lock up, or otherwise stop you from playing it?

I was just glitched out of a sure win in a 4-buy war. Will customer support refund that attack or remove it from existence if asked? Or is my alliance just screwed out of this? It was WX on H4H, all that was left was Misty vs. a full team when the game locked up.
