[2022] Level 60 Players Can't Access Cosmic Crucible

There is currently an issue where players that were below Level 60 before the release of version 6.1 and subsequently achieved Level 60 are not able to access Cosmic Crucible. The team is actively working on correcting the problem but it is unlikely to be resolved for the first round of Cosmic Crucible.
