Greetings Commanders,

This week we've got a big mission for one of the new Secret Avengers, so read on to find out how to help save the world and recruit a powerful ally. We've also got a milestone event to give Steve Rogers slick new threads, two big names making homes in the Store, two Legends making an appearance, as well as your monthly Wakanda mission. But now, don a disguise and get ready to get your hands dirty...

Conspiracy Theories & Classic Looks

We've got two big events on the horizon that'll give you a chance to recruit a Secret Avenger and throw a fresh coat of paint on one of the most famous Avengers.

Conspiracy Theories

Kicking off on July 16th is the Conspiracy Theories Event Campaign, which'll be one of your first opportunities to recruit the talents of Sharon Carter. Join Sharon Carter as she infiltrates a Hydra-run dimension to prevent a new secret weapon from destroying S.T.R.I.K.E. You'll need a top team with the limited-time Saboteur trait for the Easy and Hard difficulties. The Medium Difficulty will have reduced trait restrictions to make it more widely accessible.

Classic Looks

Starting one day after Conspiracy Theories and then running parallel to the event is the Classic Looks Event, which rewards your Event Campaign participation with a chance to acquire Captain America's limited time "Classic" Costume. Spend Conspiracy Theories Energy to earn points toward a recurring 2-day milestone that rewards Orange Skill gear parts, Catalyst Parts, and Silver Phase Bits.

Classic Costume

Use your Silver Phase Bits to purchase the "Classic" Captain America Costume, which will only be available for a limited time at first. After acquiring the Classic Costume, you'll have the option to purchase a visual upgrade using Costume Credits. Upgrades can include one or more of the following: minor color palette adjustments (trim, sashes, etc), paraphernalia, and flair. You can find costume upgrades (if available) on a character's roster screen underneath a selected costume. Keep in mind that unused Bits will be converted to Costume Credits on August 6, 2021 5:00PM (PDT) at a conversion rate of 60%.

Character Availability Updates

The Raid Store is getting a little more Astonishing on July 20th, as Kitty Pryde is making it her new residence. Make sure you stop by and grab her character shards for 1,400 Raid Credits and power up this Astonishing X-Men Protector.

Then on July 21st, the Infinity Watch Support, Moondragon, is setting up shop in the Elite Store.

The man, the myth, the unofficial legend, Agent Coulson, is also on the move. Starting July 21, 5PM (PDT), head over the Blitz Store, where you can get Agent Coulson character shards for 500 Blitz Credits.

And if you want to get your talons on more Kestrel character shards, direct your attention to the Premium Orb, as S.T.R.I.K.E.'s founding member will be a Premium Orb exclusive starting on July 19, 5PM (PDT).

Recurring Milestones Update

Updated Rewards

We'll be updating the recurring milestones on July 21st with the goal of greatly increasing their value overall. You'll soon find Orange Gear Elite Orb Fragments, Armory 14 & 15 Orb Fragments, Iso-8 Ions, and L3 Training Modules, in addition to increased amounts of Purple and Orange gear within the milestone rewards.

Milestone II Orb

The Milestone II Orb is scheduled to replace the Milestone Orb and includes a new set of rewards. Agent Coulson will be removed and Emma Frost will be a featured character with a higher drop rate than others. Please open your remaining Milestone Orbs as soon as possible, as they'll be removed from the Store in the near future.

High Roller Milestone

With the recent increase to the Gold economy (and second infusion coming in the near future) the High Roller Gold Milestone has been raised from its previous max of 2.7M to 4M, creating additional milestones and rewards.

Legendary Events

Returning

Black Bolt, the King of the Inhumans, is screaming back for the return of his Legendary Event, “Unite the Kingdoms.” To add this royal Blaster to your roster, you'll need to assemble a 5-star squad of Asgardians. Be on the lookout for your chance to elevate your Asgardians with the upcoming 2x Bonus Event: 4 Asgard.

Repeating

Also on a collision course with your roster is Magneto's now repeating Legendary Event, "Asteroid M." On July 20th, lead your top team of Mutants and X-Men into battle to earn character shards for the master of magnetism. Appearing prior to the event to help you prep will be the Gifted Gathering Bonus Event and an upcoming inbox with 3 shards for each of up to 7 of the required characters.

Upcoming Blitzes

Blast your roster power into the cosmos with two Cosmic stars in our upcoming Blitzes. Longshot cuts into Blitz on July 19th with the Probability Master Blitz, where you can grind up enemies to earn Longshot shards. Up next on July 22nd is the character chosen by the community in our recent Sisterly Love Community Poll: Nebula. Seek and destroy enemies in the Sadistic Sister Blitz and earn tons of character shards for this deadly Infinity Watch Brawler.

Bonus & Flash Events

Start preparing for Magneto's Asteroid M on July 18th with the Gifted Gathering Event. Activate your roster's Mutant gene by earning double character shard rewards for Brotherhood and X-Men characters. Filter your roster using the trait Brotherhood or X-Men to find all eligible characters and their corresponding nodes.

Back for your monthly chance to restock your Silver and Gold Promotion Credits is the Chaos Theory Event. On July 23rd, assemble your Wakandan team and lead them through Chaos Theory missions to earn Silver and Gold Promotion Credits. Prep your Wakandans for Chaos Theory with the Wakanda Nation Event on July 22nd, where Campaign nodes will reward double shards for Wakandans. Filter your roster using the trait Wakandan to find all eligible characters and their corresponding nodes.

Text Bug

There's a text-only bug for Maria Hill's ultimate ability: S.H.I.E.L.D. Care Package. At Level 2, the upgrade text does not list that non-skill Allies are healed but it does state this in the full description. This will be corrected very soon and there is no change to the functionality.

Until next time…

Good luck, Commanders!
