[2023] Holiday Tidings Milestone Update

The web Milestone, Holiday Tidings (Scoring: Collect Web UPCs), will receive some updates with the second run. First, the start time will change from 4:00 PM PT to 1:00 PM PT. To accommodate this shift in start times, we will extend the current first run of Holiday Tidings. Second, there will be minor changes to the Milestone rewards, so please check the contents when they're active on December 18, 2023, at 1:00 PM PT.
