[2023] TVA Gift Card Balances

Today there was an issue where the TVA Gift Card balances were emptied before the TVA Gift Shop ended. To address this issue, the TVA Gift Shop will be extended again to allow time for restoring the TVA Gift Cards to their previous balance just before they were emptied. There will be modest compensation sent with the return of balances as a thank you for your patience while we correct the issue.

EDIT: While the team investigates the issue regarding the TVA Gift Card balances, the TVA Gift Shop will be temporarily disabled. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
