It honestly baffles me that they refuse to grant me compensation. I sent in a ticket with screenshots immediately after it happened to me. I thought that would be enough. I’ve been in an e-mail battle with support over this issue for the last week and honestly, screw this game. I uninstalled the game this morning and hope some day you all either get a better game or liberate yourselves from Scopley and their manipulative, cash cow game.
