Does anyone know what agency scopely falls under for an FOIA request?
I’m having a bad exp with their CS and I am going to need to get some backup. I did not receive character shards to obtain equivalent chars star level and the offer is and was misleading in this regard. CS also mislead me to think the purchase would cover my previous inquiry regarding their algorithm for offers. Just flat out deceptive practices and I’m done.
Working on 2 avenues after their cs told me to f*ck off over the terms of service.
I encourage anyone having a bad exp to do an FOIA request to see how much your are throwing away on a company who doesn’t value you.
