[2021] The ol’ stuck at 14%

Hi all! Been having fun FTP this game since about April. Finally hitting some gear 13 and having lots of fun. Yesterday, my game would not load, and still won’t today. I’m on iOS, I believe I have logged in to something (created an account on SF maybe) but never linked my FB account. What can I do!?
