[2021] DRACO features removed in Steam

From my battle to our war MMORPG MIR4

Greetings, This is MIR4.

As per STEAM's request, DRACO Smeltery and its features have been removed from MIR 4(Steam version). 

DRACO Smeltery and its features are available through MIR 4 version downloaded from other supported platforms.
