Greetings, This is MIR4. 

After the May 14th Update Maintenance, we confirmed an issue with unsealing NFT Characters. To fix this issue, we implemented a non-maintenance patch today, at 14:30 (UTC+8).

After the non-maintenance patch was implemented, the issue has been fixed.

■ Issue Details

- Issue of error code 9001 appearing and being unable to connect to the game when Unsealing a character that was loaded from an NFT.

※ If the issue persists after the non-maintenance patch, completely close the game client and reconnect to the game.

We sincerely apologize for this issue. We will put in all our efforts into making a stable gaming environment and make sure to not have this problem occur again.
