First of all, we would like to apologize for the concerns that you may have due to the reset issue of the "Total Cheers".
After checking the issue thoroughly, it was confirmed that the count of the "Total Cheers" had been reset after the Temporary Maintenance conducted on February 16th (Wed).
We are trying our best to find out the cause of the issue to prevent it from being recurred.
Also, please be assured that every Dragonians who participated in the Castle Siege Eve event to cheer for the participating clans will get the same rewards as before regardless of the result.
