Greetings, This is MIR4.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that Dragonians had to go through due to the 7-day attendance event that was recently released on Sep. 29th, which led to the restriction on account.

MIR4 cleaves to the 'Non-tolerance policy' regarding an act that may disturb the in-game economic environment.

Darksteel is a core resource that formulates MIR4's global economy, which is not possible to be obtained through any other ways except from your efforts enacted during the gameplay in MIR4 global.

Therefore, our FDS (Fraud Detection System) will auto-block the account if it confirms the account has achieved Darksteel outside from the justified method in order to stablize the economic circumstance that all starts with Darksteel.

However, an unfortunate error has occurred that had set Darksteel as the 7-day Attendance reward starting from Sep. 29th, 4:00 (UTC+8), and some Dragonian's accounts got restricted after receiving the Darksteel from this event.

Our team is currently checking all the account details of our Dragonians who got restricted by receiving the Darksteel through this 7-day Attendance reward, further lifting restrictions imposed on them.

We will announce and update through this announcement after all the restrictions get lifted.

In order to prevent this kind of issue from reoccurring, we promise to re-align our system after thoroughly investigating the cause of the issue.

As we always try to do, we will do our best to protect the in-game economic environment of MIR4 and provide a more stable service.
