[2020] More Freedom With Custom Modes

My friends and I came up with an idea for a melee only version of infected wherein the survivors have combat knives and the zombies have kali sticks. I went to try to make it a custom mode and found that there were arbitrary limits as to what weapons each side could have, and it was not possible.

This just got me thinking that it wouldn't hurt to have more customization options in general when making custom modes, I'm sure there are probably other things similar to my issue that are unnecessarily not doable. I really appreciate the suite of options we do have but some quality of life tweaks could make it a lot easier to be creative with making custom gamemodes.
