[2020] I got punished on infection ground war for "team killing."

I got an air strike used in an area where the infected were coming from then I got swarmed seconds later. I was then on the infected team and the airstrike killed them. It said "team killing will not be tolerated" it killed about 5 or 6 of them and I wasn't able to respawn for 2 minutes.
This should be changed because that's literally the only way you can "team kill" and it's an unfair punishment.
