[2019] Season 0 officer badge bug! @ashtonisVULCAN_IW

Hello. I have strange problem. At season 0 i've done all Officer Progression. Here's my proof:

10/10 done right after \"doing work\" fix

But the season 1 started and i've got only got 8th grade of emblem and in tracker it shows i've done only 8:

why 8/10???
