[2019] “Infiltrator” mission bug on PS4

Although I’m unable to post proof (no clue how to record, upload, and post a video for visual proof on my PS4), I’ll detail the bug best I can:

Back before the patch when challenges were all around glitched, I completed the First Tier which is “Infiltrate and complete 3 public matches”. After that, I completed the Second Tier (cap 30 flags in domination) in full, however it didn’t track until I reset my PS4 as happened with many challenges at the time.

Upon reopening the game, I had no progress on either tier and didn’t think anything of it. The patch comes around, which fixes challenges and even had a separate note about Infiltrator as I recall.

Post-patch, where the problem lies now, I have the Second Tier complete in full, but the third tier is not unlocked because it shows zero progress on the First Tier (infil and complete 3 games). Progress towards that Tier no longer tracks, it is stuck at 0/3 no matter how many full games I complete and I cannot unlock Tier 3 even though I have completed the first two tiers. Super annoying to be stuck unable to complete that mission.
