[2019] Launchers should be able to be leveled by shooting down streaks

Doesn't make sense that in order to level up the launchers in this game you are required to get kills with it. Shot down around 10+ UAVs only to find out the Strela is still on 0/500 XP level 1.

The fact the camos are locked behind levels and it can go up to level 40+ or something, that would take a ton of dedication and time to get all the camo challenges unlocked.

allow us to level up the launchers by shooting down streaks
