I've had a lot of players report an issue that shows their squad as inactive in the COD companion app. There is a workaround, which is to log in using the email/password option and not the first party account.
If you do not know your email or password, you can go to www.callofduty.com and log in with your first party account. You can then go into your profile (https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/info) to see the email associated with your account and set a new password as needed. Once done, you can then log in to the companion app with the email/password and your squad should show correctly.
We're actively investigating this issue and should have a fix in the next build. We are also launching an update that addresses a different inactive squad error when the weekly tournament is being set up. Once the new build is out, Monday morning will show the correct "Weekly tournament is being set up" instead of the inactive squad error.
Edit: Fix should be live now. You may need to log out and back in, but logging in through first party should work correctly now. Reach out if there are still issues.
