[2022] Companion App Squad Issue

So my friend created a squad and for some reason it seems as though I'm the only one having an issue getting his squad to show up. I have triple checked spelling of the squad name, tried multiple devices, logged out of the app and back in, and even uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. Everytime I search for his squad it say "Squad not found" but I know it exists.

Anyone have any insight on what to do?

There's also an issue wen I try to create a squad it tells me something went wrong please try again later. I've had this issue for a week now. I made a clan in vanguard and we have been trying to make a squad for it as well.

Hi, can you log out and log back in via your PSN/XBL/Battle.net account and try to create a squad again. Let us know if the issue is still present. Thanks!
