I played all last night fine and I get home from work today and my entire account is vanished. Is there a problem with the servers? Of course they have the worst support of any gaming industry too so I’ll never receive any help that way. Any suggestions?

With further frustration with this problem and the inability to contact customer service with the exception of this post, a petition has been created to build a stronger campaign and class action lawsuit if necessary. Please share this as much as possible to get more signatures. Ex. Discord, Facebook groups, twitter, etc... In addition, if anybody would like to donate to the petition we can get it promoted to hundreds or thousands of people! Let me know!
