Dev Error 5624 is the main issue, but 6068 and 6065 pop up every now and again with a few others, and I regularly also get various Disc Read Errors and Fatal Errors. Since the patch yesterday none of my crashes (which are on launch or after 2 minutes of playing) are showing up in Windows Event Viewer but previous to this it was showing errors relating to the ntdll.dll file in System32. With a lot of help from another Redditor we thought we'd sourced the issue to a power draw as when I plugged my PC directly into the wall instead of a power strip I was able to play for around 10 minutes. Because of this I spend £120 on a new Corsair PSU going from 650W to now 850. This unfortunately didn't fix anything so this game is now costing me far more than time (and the £50 I paid for it).
I have tried every standard fix and yes everything is up to date and yes I have tested my hardware to death so if you leave a suggestion please don't say something like 'update your GPU drivers'.
Activision are ignoring any attempt at contacting their support and I have spent nearly 4 weeks never getting past the menu for more than a minute at a time.
There are plenty of others in my position so if anyone can help figure out a fix we can help a lot of people seeing as Activion and IW have no interest of doing so it would seem.
Besides the obvious I have reinstalled the game countless times without it pausing, totally wiped my PC and fresh installed windows, removed every OC, replaced my PSU, changed my RAM, DDU and graphics reinstalled, used old gpu drivers, updated BIOS, removed all overlays and about 100 other things.
Seeing as I haven't been able to walk for over a year and am still 6 months away from recovery with my knee and have nothing to do except game, it would be nice to actually be able to play before christmas.
