Just played my first CDL HP match post-patch and you can still use streaks. Had about 3 cluster strikes going on in the game. What the hell man. Everyone in the lobby on both teams were pissed.
Maybe they deactivated killstreaks but using pointman and getting scorestreaks instead, I was able to get it.
