[2019] Can devs clarify how factions work? Will there only be 2 main factions meaning only 2 different themes and announcers?

Call of Duty 4, MW2 and MW3 had 6 different factions in their multiplayer modes and all of them had different announcers, different soundtracks, and some iconic lines for killstreaks. So far we only saw 2 main factions in the new MW and to be honest, their themes and announcers were bland and forgettable. How will sub-factions work? Let say I select a Spetsnaz operator will it have its own theme and announcer in the game like some Russian announcer and special theme?
