The aim is to rebalance perks and create difficult choices within each tier. Additionally we shall create a perk system that allows for differing playstyles.

Tier 1:

High alert (moved from tier 2) Your vision pulses when enemies outside of your view see you. (Upgrade- AND when targeted by killstreaks)

Shrapnel (moved from tier 3) Spawn with extra piece of lethal equipment. Explosive damage delays enemy health regeneration. changed to > extra lethal and tactical equipment. Explosive damage does not delay health regen.

Double Time - Double the duration of tactical sprint. Increase crouch movement speed by 30%. additional effect tactical sprint cooldown begins recharging while the player is sprinting.

Overkill - Carry two primary weapons. moved to tier 2

Scavenger - Resupply ammo from dead players. all dead allies and enemies now drop ammo pickups

E.O.D. - Take reduced damage from non-killstreak explosives and fire. Hack enemy Claymores, Proximity Mines and C4. (Direct hits required to kill full health target) hack speed doubled, animation time halved

Cold-Blooded - Undetectable by AI targeting system and thermal optic. Immune to Snapshot Grenades. moved to tier 3

Quick Fix - Killing players, capturing objectives and holding objectives will increase your health regeneration rate changed to > killing players, capturing or defending objectives will trigger health regen like stim + increase weapon swap speed by 25% (can potentially alter sprint out time if a buff is required)

Tier 2:

Overkill (moved from tier 1)

Restock - Recharge equipment over 30 seconds. no changes at this time

Hardline - Your killstreaks cost 1 less kill.

High Alert - Your vision pulses when enemies outside of your view see you. (Upgrade- AND when targeted by killstreaks) moved to tier 1

Ghost - Undetectable by UAVs, Radar Drones, Heartbeat Sensors and High Alert. Personally I would like ghost to require movement

Kill Chain - Killstreaks earned in your current life earn kill credit for other killstreaks.

Pointman - Turn your killstreaks into scorestreaks ideally- changed to dead silence and have pointman available in the killstreak menu

Tier 3:

Cold blooded (moved from tier 1) Undetectable by AI targeting system and thermal optic. Immune to Snapshot Grenades

Tune Up - Increase the charge rate of field upgrades by 50%.

Amped - Faster weapon swap and rocket launcher reload speed. changed to > mantle and climb faster, take no fall damage, hipfire while mantling.

Shrapnel - Spawn with extra piece of lethal equipment. Explosive damage delays enemy health regeneration. changed to > extra lethal and tactical equipment. Explosive damage does not delay health regen. (AND moved to tier 1)

Battle Hardened - Reduce strength of enemy flash, stun and EMP effects upgraded duration reduced by 85% radius to be affected reduced by 35%

Spotter - See enemy equipment, field upgrades and killstreaks through walls. Mark them for your team by looking at them while aiming down sights. upgraded outlines killstreaks and equipment in red. See trophy systems, munitions boxes.

Tracker - Enemies leave behind a foot print trail. See markers at enemy death locations. upgrade >killing an enemy will hide their death location from the enemy team

General thoughts:

High alert T1 Ghost T2 Tracker T3 allows for a stealthier class

If dead silence replaces pointman then for search and destroy: E.O.D, dead silence, battle hardened is possible.

Double nades loses E.OD as a tradeoff

Double time and amped will get you to spots quicker but you sacrifice E.O.D and Battle Hardened

Hardline, overkill, ghost, killchain are very good perks and all compete with each other now

E.O.D and coldblooded can be used together to help combat streaks cough VTOL...

I really hope you like these suggestions, I really like this game, I think that reworking the perks in this way would open up more playstyles.

Probably not, but maybe they’ll read it and give it a think or 2 ;)
