Too soon on this.

Do you have any idea how hectic a launch week is for a dev team?

Give them a little more time for things to settle.

(God I hope I'm right...)

You are. And we’re here. A ton of feedback and support issues to parse through, but, we do have some updates being tested that we plan to push out over the next few days. I don’t like saying dates and times in case those change, but I will say them when we can.

I mentioned this in another thread, but we prioritize feedback as it comes in, most importantly crashes, unable to run the game, etc., and go from there. Devs also work on their portion of work too, so someone who works with vehicles is prioritizing feedback from vehicles and nothing else. There’s tons of people working on fixes while working on future content at the same time, so once fixes for current issues are in, we test, and create either a patch or a title update, depending on the fix. If we feel it’s good to go, we get it out the door as soon as possible.

The known issue list on Activision’s Support site is a great way to see what’s being acknowledged and worked on. Even if you don’t see your exact bug on there, it’s being tracked. We can post them here moving forward so it’s more visible.

Edit: Link to Activision Support Known Issues. You can also submit bugs through this link as well.

It takes a few weeks for developers to collect data. The community can say everything it wants but the developers won't give it anywhere near the amount of time they will give their internal data. Things like heatmaps on the maps, weapon usage data and a whole lot of other shit. They'll comment on things once they've decided what to do based on that data.

It's pretty typical for devs to get a bit of time off just after a launch to recover from pre-launch crunch as well.

It is the CoD devs though so I guess remain skeptical.

This is true. There’s also layers to peel back for everything. Bugs and unexpected issues are one thing, feedback and suggestions are another, and future content. All of these have to be worked on at the same time. And yup - data is key!

Ashton, my xbox ONLY does a complete hard reset on Picadilly. Can you please get this to the right people? I tried twitter with no avail. Thank you.

Yes. We’ve seen this happening. The updates we’re working on should alleviate this from happening. :)

I noticed that the Operator Pack bug was listed as an Xbox problem, but I'm on PS4 and have yet to get my operators. after launch, I saw some others with the same complaint, so I figured it was a known bug and left it at that. Is this still a known issue on ps4 as well, or do I need to do something further to make sure I get my items ?

You aren’t seeing them when you hover over the Operator? Should see an option to Personalize and then see the skin . You can also restore your licenses on PS4 if you still aren’t seeing them.
