[2022] Monster Hunter Rise is almost here!

New Features: The Steam version adds new visual filters to give players expanded options over their hunting experience.
By changing these filters in the 'Advanced Graphics Settings' options, you'll be able to play the game in black & white, sepia, Japanese style, or Warring Lands-style, allowing for an experience that's a bit different than usual.





Monster Hunter Rise will release worldwide on January 12.
The full version will include all of the content of the Nintendo Switch version up to Ver.3.6.1.
We also plan to sync the content with the Nintendo Switch version at the end of February.

Please note that the game does not support cross-platform play or cross-saves with the Nintendo Switch version.

The demo player bonuses can be claimed in the full game of Monster Hunter Rise.


Known issues with the demo: We have confirmed several issues with the Monster Hunter Rise Demo that is currently available.
Below are the issues that will be addressed in the full game.

Issues with certain displays Confirmed issues:
- If you choose to duplicate displays when using multiple displays, the game may become unstable, resulting in significant framerate drops or even crashes.
- When using the 21:9 aspect ratio in Ultrawide Display, there will sometimes be small black borders on the left and right of the screen, during quests, etc.

Fixes:
- The above issues will be addressed in the full version. Other issues related to the display will be improved as well.
*If you encounter these issues in the demo, please turn off the display duplication or extension, and try again with a regular single display.

Issues with the controller not being recognized Confirmed issue:
If your Steam controller settings are set to "Use default settings," some controllers may not be recognized (If you have "Enable Steam Input" turned on, or if you have customized Steam controller settings, you may not experience this issue).

Fixes:
We revised the settings so that controllers will be recognized even when using the default controller settings in Steam.
*This issue has been improved in the current demo as well.

Issues with stick input not being recognized Confirmed issue:
If one of the sticks is not tilted for long enough, the input (such as camera controls, etc.) may not be recognized.

Fixes:
This will be fixed in the full game.
