[2019] Unable to play the game for few days now, keeps crashing on startup

Game crashes after couple seconds loading in main menu. These are the things I tried:

- Checking local files integration

- Full reinstall

- Deleting community maps

Nothing worked game still crashes, checked steam community bug report thread, many other people have simillar problem.
