[2019] Organizing a tournament, need help with 2v2 tourney rules

I also posted this on the Mordhau forums, but hopefully more people will see it here.

I'm helping organize the 2v2 tournament at Dreamhack Atlanta and I was looking for some insight on tournament rules. I couldn't find any official tourney rules so I figure the best thing to do is to consult the community.

Just looking for some feedback on stuff such as a map list, score + time limit, restricting gear / classes, that kind of thing. I'd love to see Mordhau gain more traction in the competitive scene, and I think this is a good step in that direction. Looking forward to your responses.
