[2019] Can't play the game anymore. (Ping spikes)

So I've been absolutely loving this game since launch, played 71 hours according to steam. But I literally cannot play anymore, ever since Yesterday or the day before my ping is at a constant 80-90 regardless of what the server browser says. Which is fine, personally I haven't noticed much of a difference between 50-60 and 80-90. But every 45 seconds or so while I'm playing my ping will spike to anywhere between 300-1000 for about 5 seconds before stabilizing again. This will cause everything I can see to rubberband around a bit. This basically means that every fight I get into ends with my game lagging out and then coming back to me dead on the ground. Is anyone else having this issue, this is happening to me both on wifi and with an ethernet plugged in, and no other game seems to be affected.
