[2020] Devs, whats the point of having a "Fullscreen" option when it behaves exactly like "Borderless Window"?

im so f*cking tired of this games dogsh*t optimization and bullsh*ts.

I need to press Alt + Tab multiple times to be allowed to switch to another application and the game doesn't even minimize in the taskbar, it sits in the foreground and as soon as you close your focused application the game pops back up

Like how f*cking hard is it to allow the user to minimize the f*cking game if he is using the "FULLSCREEN" option and he presses Alt + Tab
