As it turns out you can edit a character's face via a config file, however it's a very tedious process as they contain a lot of values and no clear pointer as to what value does what.

After some experimenting, I decided to make a software that could very quickly randomize these values - to see what kind of result I'd get. The results were... Quite hilarious.

I've been working on this program a bit now and I think it's ready to be released to the masses, so you can create all kinds of abominations of your own!

Features

"Frankenstein" Randomize - randomizes each value to either the smallest or largest possible value(0-65535).
Randomize - similar to above, but it's 100% random.
Click & Drag System - makes it super fast and easy to change a lot of values quickly.
Backup - creates a backup everytime you make changes; can also store all previous versions in a .zip file.
Import - you can easily import (and validate!) character codes, so you can share your creations super easily! Also supports Horde/BR character. Face values only, though.
Export - copies the character code to your clipboard.

Disclaimer
Use this at your own risk. This was only made as a fun little project to help me get up to snuff with WPF in Visual Studio. I can not guarantee that it might mess up the config file in the future.

There can and will be bugs, so kindly report them. This is kind of the first program I've publicly released like this, so I'm not sure it'll work on all systems - probably most likely does not work at all on Linux.

GitHub along with source code for those interested will be available later.

Should be fine to use, don't think VAC or our anticheat will care about this. :)
