[2020] When are we gonna get Jupons??? Under or over the armor i don't care just gib us a jupon.

the issue with jupons is that it would completely hide the armor tier, making t3 look like t1
if we added a specific t3 armor with one and some obvious visual indicators that it's still t3 that could work, but it's pretty difficult to do so without tearing holes in it..
