[2020] For The Love of God Let Engy Ballistas Give Assist Points To The Builder Regardless Of Who Uses Them

I just wanna play engy and on top of the teamates who think kicking someone off your balliasta is a duel challenge, the fire pot guys who literally cant be countered because smoke is too slow acting and actively harms your ability to defend, and that guy who just keeps running infront of you even with visible flaming bolts going over his shoulder, I can't even let other people on my ballista and be rewarded for any dmg they do, so I'm encouraged to just stay and babysit my ballista all match.
