We had to tweak some conditions for placement due to the invisibility bug, but we're looking into some further tweaks to make it more useful now :)
Maybe I understood it wrong, but isn't this the fix for that bug?
Partially, but you could also use the toolbox to clip into the map very easily, so it was related to it.
