It may just be confirmation bias but i feel like im catching people with that extra 15cm really often. Feels much more like a polearm than a weird sword now.

Frankly I'm surprised they buffed it at all. Felt like bardiche was already really strong. Used it all the time before, and I'll keep using it now! Especially with no team hitstop >:)
But to answer your question, yes, it feels great now. Before I always used the Alt mode for the extra reach. Now I don't have to, I keep the combo-ability, and keep the speed. Bardiche 4 lyfe.
For the point cost it wasn't amazing before, because its stab is (and should be) pretty terrible. Now it feels pretty strong, and worthwhile over things like the executioner's sword.
