I tried to be patient with Triternion, but holy sh*t. Servers have always been bad.

I couldn't even play a single game for a month because of the connection timed out issue. Devs told me it was my internet. Which was bullsh*t, because a patch fixed it after the game was unplayable for weeks.

Basically everyone deals with really bad ping spikes when they play this game. Devs have a responsibility to the people who gave them money for this game to make sure the game works properly, and it just doesnt.

The game has been out for almost an entire year now and it's still broken for so many people. Devs can find time to add new shield modes, and make the horses look like Rudolph, but when it comes to fixes people ACTUALLY wanted and asked for, we're just sh*t out of luck.

f*ck triternion. They are NEVER going to fix this game. Theyve made their money. They dont care. I uninstalled and if you're also tired of this, you should too.

This is not something that is 100% on our end, and it definitely doesn't happen to everyone - as far as we can tell, these issues are ISP-related. Our server guy is still working to improve things, but we can't pin down any specific issues, as we're unable to reproduce them.

An update might have helped, for some it can, for others it does nothing. If you tried to troubleshoot via the discord with a moderator, dev etc. and you couldn't get it fixed, we're sorry, but like I said we don't know 100% why these issues happen to begin with, so it's hard for us to give people a fix that is guaranteed to work.

A small percentage do, but the vast majority of players don't have issues. Those with issues, as I've said above, tend to be related to local config weirdness (firewall, AV, settings getting corrupted, ISP), not a core issue with the game or the servers themselves. We have seen people that with completely clean installs just can't connect to a game, but with a VPN can connect easily - therefore, the issue comes somewhere from the ISP side of things.

I won't beat a dead horse here, but our artists and game design team aren't going to stop working because of an issue with the networking. They can't fix the issue, the same way our lead dev and server tech aren't going to go try to make a sword texture.
