[2020] Battle Royal is actually really fun, how do we save it?

As of right now I'd label the BR mode as effectively dead. It takes about 20 minutes at best (in my experience) to get a five minute game. This is actually terribly unfortunate, as I find the BR mode to be a lot of fun. In fact I genuinely think it's one of the best BR modes out there, it has a lot going for it. It's incredibly unique, and feels both like the greatest pug stomper mode, as well as the best underdog mode; both important aspects of a good BR. It's a genuine shame it's not more popular.

So I'm wondering, how do we bring it back to life? I think the first and biggest change that should be made is Gold. I think participating should give at least 150, while winning should be nothing short of a jackpot and give something like 1500. While that might sound like a lot it's only going to be super profitable to those consistently winning games, and with so many expensive cosmetics coming out I think it's the perfect opportunity to revive the mode. It's also extremely easy to implement.

But that's my idea, I'm sure the community has some good ones as well. I'm also thinking that you should be able to stay in the lobby to spectate and reque with that lobby, no reason not too imo.
