[2021] Bad frames on most maps on patch 21?

I'm getting some serious frame rate issues that I did not have before patch 21, wondering if anyone is having the same issues as me.

EDIT: I noticed that most of the frame rate drops experienced from players all have a AMD CPU and Intel users seem fine, is anyone having frame rate drops and using a Intel CPU?
