I have never used Halberd's non-alt mode, until now, that i forgot to press R and went with it. The thing is, i will no longer use alt-mode!
It has less reach and does a bit less head damage, but it still kills in two hits and being able to do combos is a MASSIVE advantage which provides versatility and more chandes to hit.
