[2020] Mordhau - Unplayable lag issues

Since patch has launched I've been faced with hug pings and packet loss - is anyone able to help as I've loved playing this game for the past 7 months but right now I'm unable to participate at all and will end up just uninstalling if I can't find a solution.

I've flush dns, restarted modem, reduced game quality, shut down any offending background applications and updated graphics and network drivers and I'm still stuck with a ping between 300-800 ms when 2 weeks ago I enjoyed a steady 55ms.
