[2019] Folders for loadouts in pick screen.

I think we all agree that when you have over 20~ loadouts, your pick screen becomes a mess. And just imagine screens of guys with 50+ loadouts. So I was thinking about it and thought that giving us folders feature would be good solution for this issue. Just imagine that you can create several folders for every game mode, for example one for frontlines and you put into it every frontline loadout you have, so you dont have to scroll through tens of loadouts to find the one you want, and you dont lose time and run first to the horse on your spawn :). I also made some quick concepts of how it may look, so you have better idea about it. Please excuse me for terrible quality, as it was made on my phone, but still took plenty of time, so I hope you enjoy.
