[2023] The Mordhau console experience

This is an issue on Series, specifically Feitoria is pretty bad. It is now fixed, and the patch is live as of several hours ago, the textures also stream in very very quickly now (as opposed to the blurry mess seen in this video).

Hello, a hotfix addressing the stuttering and freeze performance issues on the Series X/S has been issued very recently! Feedback on this topic would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Another added benefit of this patch is the faster loading of textures, so it improves visual fidelity!
