[2021] Allow players to mute lutes without muting the game. It’s not impeding on others who want to strum away but it’s bothering me right now hearing 1 chord spam for 40 minutes consistently per game

An instruments slider is in for hotfix #2 (of course the lute volume itself is also fixed)
