[2019] Dear mods, could you please make patch notes sticky?

We want people to know about what has changed. We want people to see that the game got updated and that it's worth it to try it out again.

Instead we get the server rules stickied for whatever reason. Hacking is forbidden, got it. I don't need to see that everyday.
