[2021] Entire Account reset

Decided to redownload the game after not playing for over a year. My account is reset to level 1 and all my gold is gone. All my classes are there, but if I edit them it blanks them out, and if I join the game I spawn in naked.

What the f*ck is going on? There are posts from 2019 with the same issue and no official responses. Tried going to the discord and apparently they can't even figure that out either, no response from a moderator.
