[2021] Is there any way to remove the heartbeat sound effect?

I have a bad physical reaction to isolated heartbeat/repetitive beat noises. My jugular vein juts out and I start sweating and get faint. It's weird and idk why it happens.

I know people always bitch about all the unrequested changes to the game but I honestly just wanna be able to play it even with all the flaws :/

Could deleting the sound file or replacing it with a dud work? is there a console command for it? anything at all that y'all know of?
