I obviously say yes here. Hopefully it actually sends them and they look at them. I tried verifying the game files... it didn't find any issues. I don't have any active mods, but I'll try completely deleting them I guess.

Yeah, even remnants of old mods can cause this issue. You should move any mods you have downloaded out of your mod folder and try to launch the game again.

Ah damn, Are there any other remnants of mod files anywhere? Maybe verify your game files through Steam too just in case.
